Program Format: Online Meeting (Live) Training Topics: Business Financing, Business Plan, Business Start-up/Preplanning Description: In the Business Planning Webinar, we will discuss what you should have done when starting your business. There will also be an overview using your Business Plan and financial data to prepare projections needed for a business loan or lender presentation. We will answer the following questions:

  • When are business plan typically needed?

  • What’s the difference between a business model and a business plan?

  • Can a business plan help you determine the best opportunities to pursue?

  • How do bankers and venture capitalist view business plans?

  • Is your plan a reflection of you and your ability to organize, to think, to manage and to communicate?

Also, we have a subject matter expert that will provide information on Understanding Funding:

  • Packaging a loan application

  • Types of funding

  • What type applies to your stage of business

This session will also include information on Preparing for the Lender’s Decision:

  • Self-Analyzing of your business plan and projections and how to address common rebuttals.

  • Growth Funding – Defining growth and using financial projections to test growth plans.

Registration and Fees: Payment of seminar fees may be made by check, money order or credit card. Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event.

Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, please contact the conference organizer listed above to discuss. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. If the event is cancelled, all fees will be returned.
