Kadenia Williams-Javis, owner of Javis Financial Services, has been serving clients in the Midlands and around the world for 25 years.
She extremely proud of her company’s success, and the Javis family is hosting an event to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

Kadenia is a graduate of W.J. Keenan High School. With a BS degree from Limestone College and a MBA from Strayer University (where she graduated Magna Cum Laude), Kadenia worked for several local organizations, including First Citizens Bank, Blue Cross Blue Shield, NetBank, the Internal Revenue Service, and served as an Fiscal Accountant for the Department of Army. During this time, she launched Javis Tax Service in 1998 as a part-time venture. In 2010, she decided to work full-time, providing bookkeeping and payroll services for her clients, as well as tax returns.
Her company has grown, Kadenia continued to be on the cutting edge of the financial industry. In 2020, Javis became the first tax preparer in the Midlands to offer drive-thru services. The company also launched a mobile app, TaxesToGo, to enable its clients to upload their tax information through their smartphones.
Currently, Kadenia offers individual and business tax return preparation, accounting and tax consulting, payroll tax returns, accounting, bookkeeping, and tax problem resolution services. In addition, students age 21 and younger can have their taxes prepared for free.
As a woman of faith and child of God, she knows how to connect with people from all walks of life. One of her favorite scriptures is Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
