Gain local insight into the online business model with Richland Library’s new EiR

Learn more about achieving work-life harmony while growing a small business and raising a family. Richland Library is thrilled to welcome Shennice Cleckley as our new entrepreneur-in-residence (EiR).

During her residency, which runs May – September 2021, Cleckley plans to:

  • serve as a liaison between the library and small business community

  • share her expertise with others by hosting office hours and curating digital content for the library’s website

  • work closely with library staff to offer programs, which are free and open to the public, that focus on important issues and timely interests of entrepreneurs and small business owners

A graduate of Columbia College with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Affairs, Cleckley is the CEO of Smart Cookie Coaching, a business development firm that helps entrepreneurs grow their business with strategic planning, digital skills training and lifestyle integration. She’s also a multimedia personality with her business lifestyle podcast, called Live Fully Expressed, an MC for 1 Million Cups, a member of the City of Columbia’s Accommodation Tax Committee, and chair for the SC Whitmore School Board.
